Standard turnaround time is 2–5 days, excluding shipping. Custom and personalized items requiring approval may extend beyond this window if approvals are not received promptly.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests received after this window are not guaranteed. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. Custom and personalized items have a 15% cancellation fee for the time spent creating proofs.

RETURNS are accepted when:
1. Item is damaged due to shipping
2. Items are incorrect upon arrival
Unfortunately the postal services may damage items. If your items arrive damaged or incorrect, contact me within 3 DAYS of receiving your order and attach 2-3 photos. You MUST keep all items, packaging and labels intact for a return, a prepaid return label will be provided. Additional packaging material is provided at your local Post Office if needed. Items MUST be returned via USPS.Custom and personalized items may not be returned. Please message me if there is an issue with your order.
A fee of 15% will be deducted from orders with free shipping.
