Good to know
Each frame is different and has its own unique wood grain, knots and dings. No two signs are exactly the same. Photos are examples of how the sign will look with the exception of the grain of the wood. We do our best to photograph colors and stains accurately, but colors may vary due to wood being a natural element and monitor/screen settings.
Items are not defective based on how the wood naturally accepts stain, and natural dings and knots in the wood. Our products are made of natural wood and not altered to be "perfect". Because each frame is made to order, we can't accept returns or refunds for a change of mind. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right. An exchange may be made at buyer's expense.
Frames are intended to be used as indoor decoration only. They are not to be placed where they will have direct or close contact with water or other elements (i.e., next to showers or sinks) as this may damage the sign inside. Frames and signs damaged due to customer error may be replaced at cost of the customer (cost of shipping). Please contact us if this happens.
